Nortempo needed its own employment platform, designed specifically for its temporary workers network, not a generic profile on an external portal.

I designed both the corporate website and the portal: active job search, personal profile for each user accessible by recruiters, and flows adapted to temporary work dynamics. The project involved close coordination with the external technology consultancy that developed the application, managing design criteria and product decisions jointly.
